Jim Burn is the Chairman Emeritus of the Democratic Party of Pennsylvania. Jim served as the State Chairman during a crucial time for the party. Jim also served as president of Allegheny County Council and as Mayor of Millvale. Jim is an Attorney in Pittsburgh.
